Hi, I’m Corey Falls.

With over 25 years of experience in the public sector, serving both Oregon and Washington, I bring knowledge and expertise to the table. Having served in law enforcement, higher education and executive management, overseeing critical areas such as police, fire, human resources, and DEI, I’m able to solve complex organizational problems.

Throughout my career I’ve managed sensitive personnel issues, led high-level investigations, consulted with legal and human resources on grievances, contract negotiations, and arbitrations.  I believe it’s important to approach this work by leveraging evidence-based best practices and always keeping an equity lens at the forefront.

My background has given me a unique perspective and has afforded me with invaluable insights into the complex challenges faced by organizations. Whether in the public or private sector, organizations face many similar hurdles because at the end of the day, organizations are made up of people and people are complex.
